Deliveries are made to the mailing address provided by the Customer during the purchase process stored in the Purchase Order. The Customer is responsible for the address provided. No responsibility will be attributable to the Seller, for errors in the shipment or wrong delivery of products due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation by the Customer of the purchase order.
The standard shipping service offered by KIMERA provides for the delivery of the product on the ground floor, in the outer part of the building at the given address.
KIMERA delivers worldwide. However, some products may not be available for delivery in all geographic areas. Through the product page, the user is able to view shipping availability in his or her country and the associated costs. However, shipping availability in the geographical area indicated by the user is always confirmed in the purchase form.
Delivery times are indicated on the Site, on the product page. Deliveries are made by the forwarding agent deemed most suitable for type of goods and shipping area.
In the case of a Purchase Order including multiple products, individual Products may require different production times. KIMERA will consider whether to wait until all products are completed before shipping, or whether to make multiple shipments as appropriate. In all cases, KIMERA will provide tracking codes for each shipment made.
At the time of Delivery, the presence of the Customer or a trusted person is required to check that the packaging is intact and clean and that the Products received correspond to what is stated on the Order. The risk of loss of or damage to the Goods, due to causes not attributable to Seller, shall pass to Customer only at the time when Customer, or a third party designated by Customer and other than the Carrier, takes physical possession of the Goods.
The Seller, meaning kimera-design.com, shall not be liable for damage to the products or for any shipping delays occurring after delivery to the Carrier in charge of their transportation.
In the event of defects immediately noticeable upon delivery, such as the number of packages not corresponding to the order or the non-integrity of the packaging, the Customer (or the person in charge of collecting the goods) is required to make an immediate report in writing to the Carrier (collection with reserve) and to contact the Seller òvia email at email@example.com within 3 (three) working days from the date of delivery.
For purchases where the country of the Seller shipping the goods and the country of the Customer receiving the goods are different, additional customs duties may be applied upon delivery of the goods. In this case, a notice will appear on the product sheet. Customs policies vary considerably from nation to nation, to this end, the Customer is urged to contact the customs office in his or her country to verify any incidental taxes.

Sellers shall not be held liable for any shipping delays or inability to deliver due to: scheduled national or local holidays, strikes, riots, natural disasters, carrier accidents, theft, robbery. Should the force majeure cause persist beyond a period of 3 (three) months, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Any delays in delivery of less than 30 (thirty) days shall not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or indemnity of any kind. In the event that it is not possible to communicate to the Customer a reliable delivery date, it will be the right of KIMERA to propose to the Customer the cancellation of the order, at no additional cost and with immediate refund through the means of payment chosen by the Customer at the time of the order.
